During our online psychology sessions, we explore the different dimensions of your Being in order to support you towards the change you wish to welcome into your life. This involves exploring and welcoming:
- Your history, fears, beliefs, emotions.
- Your attachment style, way of communicating, and perceiving the world.
- Your environment, routines, and many other aspects.
Each therapy is unique, and I am enthusiastic about accompanying you on your own path, gently and at your own pace.
