Do you feel that something is no longer right in your life? Do you feel lost? Are you searching for the path to regain balance and serenity, but nothing seems to work?

Through this self-love programme, I wish to pass on to you all the keys I have acquired through my experience and practices to accompany you on your path. Initially centred on meditation, I decided to enrich this self-love programme by adding different powerful practices and tools.

My intention is to give you all the tools you need to take care of yourself, cultivate self-love, without being dogmatic or restricting you to a single practice or path.

I want to offer you more freedom in the way you heal, take care of yourself, and evolve, while passing on this knowledge in a fluid and accessible way so that you can integrate it as best as possible.

  • Powerful tools: Each practice I share is inspired by mindfulness. To return to the present moment, I teach you techniques such as vocal work, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, seated or movement meditation, writing, yoga, dance, understanding the feminine and masculine, as well as conscious sexuality.

  • Progressive guidance: This programme leads you step by step through the foundations of mindfulness. Each day, you have the freedom to choose the routine videos (45 minutes).

  • Deepening self-knowledge: Each week corresponds to a chapter, and each chapter explores an aspect of your inner world. You will dive into these themes through reading the ebook, practices, and during our weekly Zoom meetings.

  • The wisdom of experience: This programme was created taking into account the mental and emotional challenges you might face. You will be accompanied throughout this journey.

  • A transformation: Mindfulness and self-knowledge have the power to transform your life. They help you manage stress differently, improve your concentration, develop compassion, and find inner peace.

  • An 8-week commitment: During these 8 weeks, you will explore different meditation techniques, mindfulness exercises, and practical tools to integrate this connection into your daily life.
